Have you ever looked around your company and thought, “Wow, there are a lot of people here who truly care about our clients and only want what’s best for them”? I’ll admit…I do this a lot. In fact, there isn’t a day that goes by I don’t think about how lucky Holmes Murphy is to have such amazing employees taking care of our No. 1 priority…our clients. It’s inspiring, really. So inspiring that around this time last year, we developed what we call the “Game Changer” award. Without getting into all the specifics, our Game Changer award is a service award that annually honors three employees who live our aspirations each day. There’s a nomination process by Holmes Murphy leaders, and an award winner is chosen from our Property Casualty, Employee Benefits, and Corporate Services areas. With more than 750 employees, winning the award (let alone being nominated for it) is incredibly prestigious.
I bring this up because it’s fresh on my mind. I just came back from an offsite meeting we have each year to Celebrate our employees who went above and beyond the year prior and who rank among the best in the company for their impacts on customers. In its second year of existence, the Gamer Changer award was again given to three very deserving individuals.
Because there’s a chance you work with them (or may in the future), I want to publicly recognize each.
- Sasha Krumvieda, Sr. Client Service Consultant — Sasha is in our Sioux Falls, South Dakota, office and works specifically on the Property Casualty side.
- Claire Pancerz, Compliance Consultant — Claire works out of our Dallas, Texas, office and focuses on Employee Benefits.
- Jeanne Samame, Corporate Executive Administrator — Jeanne is at our headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa, and works with our Corporate Services team.
These three individuals work tirelessly to ensure you, our clients, have what you need, when you need it. They are the “best of the best” on our service side!
I love the Holmes Murphy culture, our employees’ engagement with clients, and their willingness to live out our aspirations of Celebrate, Count on Me, Courageous Influence, Health Matters, Leave Good Footprints, Share Abundantly, and Unity Over Uniformity. I hope you see this same level of service each day you work with us!
P.S. If you see or work with Sasha, Claire, or Jeanne, I encourage you to congratulate them. We are proud of their efforts, and we hope you are, too!
