We are looking to add a Client Service Specialist to join our Architects & Engineers team in Waukee (IA), Minneapolis (MN), Madison (WI), or Peoria (IL). Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoice agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing and work with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.
• Order policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks.
• Investigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits and endorsements)

Additional Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for account and policy accuracy by ensuring that all customer information as well as items received by carriers are accurate and current including exposure schedules, policies, endorsements, and audits.
• Participate in renewal planning with team.
• Develops and maintains positive work relationships with team members to include providing back-up when necessary, communicating information and effectively problem-solving as situations arise.
• Attend Insurance Carrier Meetings and client renewal meetings, as required.
• Interact with personnel throughout the agency as well as customers and insurance company representatives, taking direction from the service team.
• Gather quotes from online platforms.   
• Assess quotes and binders on accounts for accuracy and prepare proposal documents for client. 
• Performs special projects and other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Licensing: Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
• Experience: Minimum 0-1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
