We are looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to join our Innovative Captive Strategies team in Waukee, IA. Candidates thrive in our environment when they harness their collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a love of learning.

Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of user and license management including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • End user support including troubleshooting errors
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Object and field creation, page layouts and lighting pages, record types, custom settings
  • Monitor End user Adoption and propose ideas to further drive Adoption
  • Keeping up with new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Performs special projects and other duties as requested.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Available and responsive to questions
  • Excellent relationship building skills and Ability to interact with users at All levels
  • A Desire to implement best practice solutions
  • A Desire to further learning of the Salesforce Platform
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with data systems teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of business practices
  • Ability and willingness to pursue relevant designations and/or continuing education, as appropriate.
  • Must be knowledgeable of and comply with HMA’s Client Privacy Policy, HIPAA regulations and E&O procedures and policies.
  • Strong preference for experience with Java in school or work settings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Programming Languages: Strong preference for experience with Java in school or work settings.
  • Experience: Minimum 0-2 years’ Salesforce experience. Work towards your Salesforce Administrator Certification
