The construction industry is tough. Whether a construction, architecture, or engineering worker is in an office or out in the field, workdays are long and deadlines are tight. All projects are high-stakes. Oftentimes, millions of dollars are on the line. This stress can be detrimental to the mental wellbeing of these workers.
