Move creates a more collaborative workspace matching company’s creative culture

With the company’s exceptional growth in South Dakota, Holmes Murphy, one of the nation’s largest independent insurance brokerages, is excited to announce the relocation of its Sioux Falls office to the Steel District. This strategic move allows for a more collaborative and unique space that aligns with who the company is today, aiming to provide a positive, creative work environment for employees and a committed, advanced space for serving clients.

Holmes Murphy’s new space, located at 150 E 4th Place, Suite 306, is part of a premiere property location near Falls Park developed by Lloyd Companies.

“When the Lloyd family told me about this project 5 or 6 years ago, I knew I wanted Holmes Murphy to be a part of it,” said Muth, “All of the new restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and the Canopy Hotel being built and showcased just enhance the experience for our employees and clients who visit Sioux Falls.”

Counting its office in Sioux Falls, Holmes Murphy has a presence in 16 different markets across the nation.
